This policy covers the OMNARA marketing website at www.omnarahealth.com. It does not cover the OMNARA platform itself, which is governed by the agreement with each customer organization.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser, device, approximate location and pages viewed. See how Google uses this data.
• Demo requests and emails. If you request a demo or email us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organization and message.
• Campaign links. Links we share on LinkedIn and elsewhere may include tags (UTM parameters) that tell us which post a visit came from.

This website does not ask for, and you should not send through it, any patient information or other protected health information.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange demos or conversations you asked for.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run this site and our email, such as Cloudflare (hosting), Google (analytics and email) and LinkedIn (where we publish posts), process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
